Lack of skills, lack of seriousness, lack of symmetry,  is the talk of the carpool, today. Tryouts for the our village school team are in two weeks, and training strategy is today's topic. The riders fall into two camps; the back seat and the front seat. The back-seat school of thought is to practice scooping and cradling every afternoon before tryouts. These earnest lacrosse hopefuls are meeting this afternoon for their own neighborhood training match. The front seat espouses the wait-and-see approach. These lacrosse wannabes have decided not to waste time practicing, since they might not make the team anyway and then, where would they be having devoted so many good afternoons to a lost cause?

It's easy to predict which riders are more likely to become software developers. After all, in this industry, it takes grit and know-how to make things happen. Here at MCS Forum, we're well-stocked with resources to boost your know-how -- all you have to do is add grit. And if you figure out how to package up that grit, let us know so we can share it with the front seat.
